Dejan Rasic
Dejan’s career spans more than twenty years across leading creative agencies in Australia, Singapore and London. In that time, he has created campaigns and content for clients across all categories, working with brands including IKEA, Qantas, BlackRock, Barclays, DBS Bank, Coca-Cola (Sprite), Lynx, the A-League, Coopers, UNICEF, IOM X, the Republic of Singapore Navy, Google and MTV Networks, among many others.
Dejan’s work has been recognised at all major international advertising award shows, including D&AD, Cannes Lions, ANDY, One Show and New York Festivals. He has won sixteen Cannes Lions, including a Grand Prix, and holds a record three consecutive wins in the Australian Cannes Young Creative Competition. He has also been named Australia’s No. 1 creative by Campaign Brief magazine. Dejan combines strategic clarity with distinctive craft, bringing sharp creative leadership to every project.
Vanessa Zuppicich
Vanessa’s career includes senior creative and production roles at agencies and media networks across Australia and Asia. She has developed branded content, long-form programming, digital series and multi-platform campaigns across all categories. Before co-founding Rasic and Partners, she spent thirteen years as Creative Director at MTV Networks, leading the brand and commercial side of the business across Australia and New Zealand.
Her work has been recognised at major international advertising and media festivals, including Cannes Lions, One Show, Promax BDA and the AWARD Awards, where she and her team were named Client of the Year. Vanessa has created work for brands including H&M, Adidas, Nike, Clinique, Destination NSW, Nintendo, Corona and Cadbury, among many others. Known for her collaborative leadership style and instinct for culturally resonant storytelling, she guides work with strong direction and creative momentum.
